Paul Masson VS (Very Special) brandy is aged in oak a minimum of three years, one year longer than required for extra smoothness. Additional aging creates a luminous red amber glow, fine aromas and flavor that sets this VS Brandy apart from ordinary two-year old brandies. A special blend of grapes is also used to develop its smoothness and the three year aging in American oak casks gives it a full body. The resulting brandy taste is a combination of pralines, caramel, maple and vanilla.
